Wow, that's tricky. At first, when I say the rough draft I thought "this is gonna be a terrible cover" and BANG, was I wrong. Excellent job.

Haha~ Thanks! Well, I think drafts can be as messy as we like so long as we get a feel for the elements we're going to use.

And we really wound up using a lot of things that appeared in the stick figure draft, so it did its job! :3

No probs, it really taught me a lesson about not judging the art by its rough draft.

*laughs* Well, actually... I like her thumbnail, rough mock, figure placement/gestures, and shapes she used in the logo. I think it's rough, cute, and had a lot of design in it. It's basically a stick figure mock she did, so not her finished style either, but it had a lot of energy. That's what I meant when I said it's useful to ask another person to provide thumbnails, like how this thumbnail was provided by my sister, Erin. I could see a lot of inherent design and gesture in it to play with. I try to keep this in mind when I'm viewing deviations as well and look for composition, imagination, and gesture, which are sometimes just as important as technical aspects of art. :3
